Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Executive at Suvidha Sewa, you will be crucial in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet our clients' staffing requirements. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition to kickstart their careers in the dynamic field of recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates for open positions.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Resume Review: Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability based on job requirements and client preferences.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database, including contact information, application status, and interview notes.

Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status and next steps.

Client Interaction: Collaborate with hiring managers and client representatives to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as job postings, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Previous experience or internship in recruitment, HR, or related field is desirable but optional.
