Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Sourcer located in Delhi/Noida. The Recruitment Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, conducting candidate screening and assessments, and building a pipeline of potential candidates. The role will also involve collaborating with recruitment and sourcing team to understand hiring needs and managing the physician candidate database.

Qualifications

Sourcing and candidate identification skills

Experience in conducting candidate screening and assessments

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with onshore recruitment team

Knowledge of recruitment technology and tools/portals

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
