Salary Range: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month (CTC)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll & HRMS Specialist. The Payroll & HRMS Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day payroll management, maintaining employee records, processing payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, managing employee benefits, administering HRMS systems, and providing support in HR-related functions. The following activities will be covered under the scope of this role:
1. Payroll Management (including F&F Settlement)
2. Compliance Management (PF, ESIC, Insurance)
3. End-to-End HRMS Administration
4. Attendance & Leave Management
5. Employee Helpdesk & Query Management
6. Exit Management
7. Dashboard & Data Management
Qualifications
At least 1.5 years of experience in Payroll Management and HRMS systems
Knowledge of labour laws and local Indian regulations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and general payroll software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields is preferred

Candidates must be based out of Mumbai, or be willing to relocate to the job location at their own expense, and must be willing to undertake necessary local travel as may be necessitated
Preference would be given to candidates who are from the location for which they are being hired, or are willing to relocate to the location
