Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sous Chef at N Chef Restaurant&Hospitality located in Bengaluru. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. You will also be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. This is an on-site role, and you will be expected to work in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Experience in food preparation and cooking
Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
