ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER- GEOMETIC ENGG

LYNX - LAWRENCE & MAYO,is a 147 Year institution into multiple business. The candidate isexpected to head a team of 20 Sales and Service Engineers - to sell LAND SURVEYING equipment including DGPS, Drones, Total Stations, Automatic Levels and Material Testing equipment. Will look after 5 States namely Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka & Goa

Responsibilities

We have the agency of PENTAX- JAPAN, Land Surveying equipment for last 40 Years, the Role will be expected to visit potential prospects and existing construction contractors, licensed land surveyors in 5 States, achieve yearly target, be technically sound with hands on knowledge in sales, service,AMC contracts . The incumbent must be a team player and hold himself/ herself,so that the team looks up to the candidate and can get the work done. The job will expect at least 10 days of travel.

Qualifications

A Bachelor in Civil Engineering/Master in Civil with 12-15 years experience in a Land Surveying equipment seller with a combined MBA or Management degree /Diploma will be an added advantage. Proficiency in word,excel,power point and CRM are expected. Good communication in spoken,written English, Hindi and one or two regional languages.

Candidate will be based in our HEAD QUARTERS ( HQ) in South Mumbai at LAWRENCE & MAYO HOUSE
