Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Position Overview

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with leaders and employees across the organization to provide strategic HR guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnering: Partner with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.

Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop job descriptions, and lead the recruitment process to attract top talent.

Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Facilitate the offboarding process with sensitivity and professionalism.

Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

Learning and Development: Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives to support employee growth and development.

Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and enhance employee morale.

HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as needed.

HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to drive insights and inform decision-making. Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Culture Champion: Act as a steward of our company culture, promoting our values and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 60,000.00 per month
