This is a full-time on-site role as a Management Trainee - Sales Operations at AI NXT Technovations Private Limited located in Thane. As a Management Trainee - Sales Operations, you will be responsible for handling various sales operations tasks and supporting the sales team. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing sales data, analyzing sales performance, assisting in sales planning, coordinating with various teams, and contributing to sales operations improvement initiatives.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Prior experience in sales operations or a similar role is a plus
