Responsibilities

Overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.

Addressing employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance on HR-related matters.

Managing benefits administration, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Leading initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a junior HR role.

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR strategies to support organizational goals.

Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
