Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and staffing needs.

Analyze competitor activity and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and positioning.

Business Development Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Identify target markets and industries, and devise tactics to penetrate and expand market share.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to align business development efforts with talent acquisition objectives.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold outreach.

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and HR professionals to understand their staffing requirements.

Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our recruitment services and value proposition.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions to address their hiring challenges.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:

Prepare tailored proposals and service agreements that address the specific needs of clients.

Negotiate terms and contracts in collaboration with the recruitment team to ensure mutual satisfaction.

Ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals to meet business development targets and objectives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze business development metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports and updates on client acquisition activities, successes, and challenges for management review.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business development strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or recruitment within the staffing industry.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility to travel as needed.
