Minimum Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech. or bachelor's degree with MBA (any specialization).

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for leading digital initiatives from Data & Cloud perspective, along with tracking and reporting on all projects/products under the DACL CoE and flagging risks and planning for the same. Responsible to execute DE governance mechanism for all projects/products to report against specific KPIs.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Creating Business Value

. Delivery digital projects with required business value, with quality and desired benefits to user.

. Creation of value road map and detailed project plan.

. Understanding high requirements from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts,

disseminating high-level information into detailed and distinguished user requests.

2. Project Delivery

. Defining a reporting structure and reporting on a cadence to the management, DACL CoE and to other senior stakeholders.

. Recommending and/or taking corrective and proactive steps when control limits are breached in require delivery.

. Allocation of costs of data & cloud services by setting up mechanism to track proportionate usage by various projects/products.

. Regular sync-ups with the DACL Project Managers, partners and business users to keep a close eye on status and progress.

. Understand problem statement, analysis the root causes for problems and proposing solutions to higher management in form of modification of existing system, and processes, introduction of new emerging technology etc.

3. Risk Mitigation

. Managing risks and issues along with mitigation plan.

. Maintenance and upgradation of the MSIL Digital Project delivery governance model.

. Ensuring learnings form various projects/products are constantly recorded and incorporated into actions to enable continuous learning and improvement.

4. Business Understanding

Suggest changes to senior management using business knowledge to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes and coordinate with required stake holders.

5. Basic Data & Cloud Understanding

. Provide valuable inputs on enterprise data strategy for the company

. Charter the clear roadmap with the help of partners for data driven decisions utilizing existing data from internal and external sources

. Understand usability of data and provide meaningful roadmap for projects with efficient solutions

. Mine and analyze company database to drive optimization, improvement of use case development and business strategies.

. Possess basic cloud understanding (Preferred Amazon Web Services (AWS)).

. Understand cloud basic structure and business value.

Technical Capabilities

. MS Office

. Project Management and Monitoring tools such as Jira preferred

. Basic Data Lake & Data Structuring

. Basic Cloud Governance

. Basic Data Governance

. Program Management related certifications

. Good knowledge of the project and program management landscape, tools and methodologies

. Strong domain knowledge with a Manufacturing company preferably
