Associate Manager - Facilities

Responsibilities :

Continuously review and manage a team for ensuring routine operations as per standard operating procedures and applicable standards to fulfil the SLAs with customers and stakeholders. Establishes a process and oversees client visits and event management, collaborate with stakeholders for setting up and enabling of new infrastructure, vendor management and deliverables, Planning of budgets and utilization. Responsible for overall customer satisfaction including IPSAT. Periodic visits and checking of areas under scope, housekeeping management, staffing and activity schedule, briefing and training, AMCs, overall upkeep and maintenance of the facility including landscaping. Manage the upkeep and maintenance of ECC / guest house, dorms, gyms and other amenities. Manage food court operations including utilities, Catering and Banquets in line with Food Safety standards in order to ensure hospitality services to all customers.
