As an integral part of our team, you'll be instrumental in securing new projects on the Upwork platform by crafting compelling bids that showcase our expertise.

Requirements:

Online Bidder:

Proven track record as an Upwork Bidder, winning projects consistently with other channels.

Thorough understanding of website development technologies and best practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Up-to-date knowledge of Upwork policies and client preferences.

Proficiency in various web and app development technologies like Blockchain, Flutter app development, Android app development, iOS app development, WordPress, Shopify, Website Design & Chat GPT API Integration and development.

Business Development Executive(BSE) :

Identifying profitable business opportunities.

Generate leads on other then bidding portal

you need to assure to set the leads pipelines

Conducting extensive market research.

Creating actionable business strategies.

Nurturing relationships with clients.

Analysing market trends.

Tracking business performance.

Proficiency in various web and app development technologies like Blockchain, Flutter app development, Android app development, iOS app development, WordPress, Shopify, Website Design & Chat GPT API Integration and development.

Allocating and managing the company's resources.

Business Analyst:

Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.

Budgeting and forecasting.

Planning and monitoring.

Financial modelling.

Variance Analysis.

Request for Proposal(RFP) & Financial Proposal & Technical Proposal, POC, BRD(Business Requirement Document)

Proficiency in various web and app development technologies like Blockchain, Flutter app development, Android app development, iOS app development, WordPress, Shopify, Website Design & Chat GPT API Integration and development.

Qualification:

Command on Freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)

Proposal writing

Knowledge of drafting business proposals

Business development process

Business sales strategy

Analyze marketing trends and lead generation

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Hardworking, organized, efficient and creative work ethic

Fluent in English
