Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project specifications and drawings to develop detailed electrical estimates for MEP projects.

Utilize estimation software and tools to quantify materials, labor, and equipment required for each project.

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to review bid documents, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and updates for future reference.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive pricing to inform decision-making.

Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project estimation within the MEP sector, with a focus on electrical systems.

Proficiency in estimation software and tools.

Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in estimating.
