Job Description
We are an Electrical Contracting Company seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with Adobe Illustrator skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
Drafting correspondences and other formal documents.
Greeting and assisting onsite guests.
Answering inbound telephone calls.
Processing mail and disseminated to appropriate staff
Scheduling and coordinating virtual meetings, and events.
Organizing and managing data input in excel spreadsheets, delivering information
Billing government contracts for products and/or services.\
Generating accounts payable reports, so timely payments can be made to vendors.
Developing and implementing organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have Adobe illustrator experience.
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
