Order Processor

Job Description

PrideStaff on behalf of their client in Deerfield Beach is looking for an experienced Order Processor who is well-versed in Aviation. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of aviation and Quantum software experience is a plus. The order processor's responsibilities entail data entry, customer service, and tracking orders and inventory levels. You must be able to communicate effectively not only with the internal team, and vendors but with clients as well.

Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via email and phone calls.

Process customer orders by established procedures and guidelines

Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with the sales team and customers

Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping

Enter and maintain customer and order information in company databases and systems

Assist with invoice creation and processing

Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and shipment tracking information

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

2 plus years of shipping or logistics experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication

Great organizational skills
