Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Boba Tea Wholesaler)

Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, TX! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Prospect and contact potential customers

Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

1 years stable full time work experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (preferably in Food Wholesale industry)

An Associate degree or higher degree in Business or relevant field is not required but highly preferred

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability and willingness to learn and can learn fast

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Fluent in English is a must, additional language in Chinese/Vietnamese/Spanish is highly preferredCompany Description
