Head Production Planning & Control

Production Planning & Control (PPC) will play a pivotal role in optimizing the production process, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and maximizing operational effectiveness within Sintex's manufacturing facilities. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of production planning principles, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence

to drive the activities planning function and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.

strong leadership & ensuring high morale, team work & good employee relation at all levels including shop floor.

scope for planning/implementing technological changes to enhance efficiency.

and develop team to build robust next line of leaders

Operational:

achieve 100% production plan adherence every month by collaborating with all concerned departments

responsibility to make monthly plan and forecasting for next month plan shared with the operations team on time.

the Plan Vs Actual production on all the department, highlight the deviation to the operations team to make corrective action.
