Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in various locations in Kolkata and outskirts. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch operations, including sales, customer service, team management, and achieving branch targets. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing branch activities, promoting and selling insurance products, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing a team of employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sound knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Experience in team management and development

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Relevant certifications in insurance or leadership would be beneficial
