Job Description Summary:

This senior leader will be in charge of the Partner Management of 5 top AMC Partners including MFGS, Carahsoft, SHI, Insight and Climb.

As a Partner Manager, this leadership role will understand the current relationships with AMC and their contract situation. After understanding the Rocket Software processes and contracts with each of the Partners, the Partner Manager will create a long-term partnership relationship to ensure increasing new and renewals revenue with each of the Partners. This person will be responsible for the target revenue of these Partners.

In Summary:

•Builds the Partner Relationship and partnership terms : Owns all the contracts and Program usage by its Partners. Defines what is a win/win – Creates a Partner Plan. Ensures the Partner leverages our program.

•Develops the relationship: Connect and create cross connections – Create a Relationship Map.

•Elevates the relationship with Exec Sponsors.

•Enables our joint solutions. Ensures the partner is enabled / certified and creates a "Rocket mainframe practice"."

•Communicates clearly on agreements. Ensures the execution of the Partner and Rocket Software.

In case of Distribution, ensures that the top 15 partners of the Distributor are well enabled for Rocket's Products and will develop a practice.
