- Assist with the developing of Divisional Skills Matrix;
- Assist with cross training between Areas;
- 5S Audits;
- Representative for your area regarding all Kaizen activites;
- Effective Communication.
Responsibilites:
- Understand production requirements for your Area and assist with meeting the plan;
- Ensure the daily adherence to OEE targets (Efficiency/Waste/Quality) in your Area;
- To assist with managing your areas Consumable spend within pre determined budget;
- Assist with having a detailed list of core skills for your area;
- Identify individuals with potential of being developed within multiple areas;
- Ensure that your department achieves an 85% average;
- Ensure that the Kaizen concepts are fully introduced and continuously drive this culture throughout your department;
- Use the Kaizen daily meeting platform to promote and maintain effective communication.
