Job Title: Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager - Branding and Marketing Communication

Job Description:

As the Assistant Manager for Branding and Marketing Communication at Kauvery Group of

Hospitals, you will work closely with the Head of Branding to drive impact strategies across

various marketing channels. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing the brands visibility,

reputation, and engagement with key stakeholders. The primary responsibilities include:

1. Strategy Development and Implementation:

Collaborate with the Head of Branding to develop comprehensive branding and marketing

communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.

Execute strategic initiatives across PR, digital marketing, events, and campaigns to

strengthen the brand's positioning and reputation.

2. PR and Media Relations:

Manage media relations and PR activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influences to secure coverage

and promote positive brand messaging.

3. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, and online

advertising, to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor and analyse digital metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise

strategies for maximum impact.

4. Event Planning and Execution:

Lead the planning and execution of various events and activation to support branding

objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics and

brand representation.

5. Marketing Communication Collateral:

Develop and manage marketing communication collateral such as brochures,

presentations, and newsletters to support brand messaging and promotional activities.

6. Brand Strategy and Positioning:

Contribute to the development of brand positioning strategies and messaging frameworks to

differentiate Kauvery Group of Hospitals in the market.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication

channels and touch-points.

7. Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand

awareness, patient acquisition, and engagement.

Monitor campaign performance and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for

optimisation.

8. Supporting Other Branding Lead:

Assist other Branding Leads in their respective areas, providing support and collaboration to

ensure alignment and cohesion in branding efforts.
