I need a breathe website with a button that teaches how to be calm using the 4-7-8 rule.

4 seconds inhale, 7 seconds hold, and 8 seconds exhale.

1) There should be a display (heart logo) that mimicks the human breathing.

2) It should gradually contract during the 4 seconds mimicking the inhale process of human lung 3) It should stay still during the next 7 seconds mimicking the human lung 4) It should gradually expand during the 8 seconds mimicking the exhale process of human lung 5) Finally, it should have a paypal checkout donation feature
