Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and People and Culture Business Partner in Canada, who thrives in the world of management consulting recruitment. Your role is pivotal from sourcing top talent to orchestrating smooth and effective selection processes in our Agile driven environment. You will be the backbone of our day-to-day People and Culture (P&C) operations, offering administrative support, engaging in pivotal P&C projects, shaping policies, and playing a key role in onboarding and training our new team members. Working alongside a Senior Business Partner in North America, you will be part of a global Business Services Team.

· Expert in management consulting recruitment, with substantial experience in People & Culture (P&C) practices
