The Data Info Platform Lead should have a lead profile with a blend of Architect, Admin, and Developer skills.

The Data Infrastructure / Platform Engineers should have strong developer profiles, with a focus on troubleshooting rather than administration.

Both the lead and engineers should have the same skills, but experience levels can be different. The lead should have more experience and a broader skill set
