Inbound Coordinator - Direct Hire - Receiving

We're actively seeking dedicated, tenured Inbound Receiving Coordinator for direct hire careers in Bloomer, Wisconsin.

POSITION – Receiving Coordinator

JOB LOCATION – Bloomer, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm)

STARTING PAY – $20.00/hour DOE

BENEFITS – Extremely competitive

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 3 years of related experience

DUTIES:

Model and promote a culture of safety in receiving operations, prioritizing safe practices.

Coordinate the check-in process for delivery carriers and allocate dock doors for unloading.

Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, or assigned equipment to unload material receipts.

Ensure accurate check-in of goods into the ERP system, verifying quantities and labeling.

Manage and maintain records of receiving paperwork in compliance with company policies.

Perform inspections and operate equipment for railcar unloading and bulk truck hookup.

Communicate effectively with internal customers, carriers, and vendors regarding receiving operations.

Safely store and handle goods to prevent loss or damage.

Coordinate picking and loading of materials requested by plant operations.

Conduct inventory activities such as physical counts and cycle counts, ensuring proper inventory rotation.

Adhere to AIB and BRC Standards, Safety Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Operate a box truck for material transportation to and from designated areas.

Fulfill any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Three years of experience in receiving, distribution, or related areas.

Knowledge of receiving and distribution practices and procedures.

Strong logic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels within the company.

Focus on safety and commitment to quality production.

Basic computer skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and professionalism in the work area.

Promptly report and rectify any near misses, unsafe conditions, or behaviors.

Ensure production volume and efficiency while producing quality materials for customers.

Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing safety and efficiency.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues, seeking supervisor assistance when necessary.
