The Construction Project Manager Role The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role within the team, leading the full cycle of Residential and Mixed-use projects across all RIBA stages.

This position involves collaborating with diverse teams, effective communication with all stakeholders, and maintaining a strong focus on quality, budget, and time management.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of Residential and Mixed-use projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.The Construction Project Manager Proven experience in managing Residential projects across different RIBA stages, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the construction process.

Strong background in construction consultancy, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high quality.

Holds relevant industry qualifications e.g., PRINCE2, APM, RIBA), which are highly advantageous, showcasing a commitment to professional excellence.In Return?
