The role of a Health safety Manager is to effectively manage health and safety across the group, with client/customer expectations met, We also expect a solid knowledge of contract terms and adherence to contractual obligations along with upto date HS knowledge Blyth Group are a successful and rapidly growing company who now require a HS Manager to support the company in its further expansion.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: negotiable depending on experience.

Roles and Responsibilities The successful applicant will be working as part of an established team in the companys Head Office; within a 24 mile radius of the Wolverhampton Head office.

Responsibilities: * The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Health and Safety across the construction group.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all team members are compliant and company matrix is updated.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and populating CPP and RAMs ensuring team are full aware of the obligations set out.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for educating and supporting the team members across the business in HS matter, Populating toolbox talks and implementing safety action * The successful candidate will be wholey responsible for the Health Safety of the construction business.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for inductions of new team members ensuring paperwork is completed and retained on company records.

* The successful candidate will train, develop and retain team members on all HS matters * Complete the annual renewal for our company accreditations Construction line, CHAS, ISO etc) What skills/experience will you need?

This role requires the applicant to have a good working knowledge in the building industry.

This is a fast-paced industry and we are looking for someone who is dynamic in their approach.

You will need a good knowledge of HS processes and work content.
