We are seeking a seasoned full-cycle Recruiter / Recruitment Manager to bolster our 4-person Talent Acquisition team, which forms part of our HR team consisting of 18 professionals supporting over 1,100 staff members nation-wide. With your successful track record as a full-cycle recruiter, you will play a key role in building high-performing teams as you lead the hiring of new staff members across our retail and distribution/delivery locations with a primary focus on our west coast markets (Pacific timezone), as well as our Central Office in Minnesota. As a natural networker and passionate brand advocate, you'll be dedicated to leaving a lasting impression on every candidate, ensuring that we not only hire top-tier talent but also individuals who resonate with our culture and find fulfillment in their roles at Room & Board.

Location: Our Central Office (Hwy 100 & 55 - Golden Valley) - this is a Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office.

As a full-cycle recruiter, you will share your talents the following ways: Talent Acquisition Manager Recruitment Manager

Assist leaders in building high-performing teams as you own the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, resume reviewing, screening, coordinating interviews, regretting, offering, and welcoming new talent while keeping leaders, interview teams and HR partners updated, engaged and proficient throughout the process.

Bring passion and energy to each recruitment interaction and make a lasting impression at every touchpoint, regardless of role.

Identify, engage, and activate passive candidates through networking, nurturing our talent pools, and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques as you build talent pools and pipelines.

Build meaningful relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and your professional network.

Serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders and teams, guiding them through challenges and the development and execution of recruitment strategies.

Keep a pulse on the local hiring landscape, talent needs, and recruitment trends to gather ideas to innovate or improve our work across markets.

Leverage our applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and other tools/technologies to track and maintain statuses of open roles and candidates, source/engage with candidates, streamline workflows, and to monitor key metrics that help set priorities and measure performance.

Stay agile and informed as you navigate the dynamic talent landscape and embrace emerging technologies.

Partner with other teams on projects and strategic initiatives related to talent acquisition and employment branding.

Travel occasionally (typically 2 trips annually) to select markets to enhance relationships and deepen your understanding of the markets you support.

As a seasoned full-cycle recruiter, you bring the following experience and attributes: Talent Acquisition Manager Recruitment Manager

At least 5 years of accomplished full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate setting with an innate ability to determine not only skill set but intrinsic behaviors that define an individual and their fit within our culture.

A proactive, self-starting approach to the work, building, organizing and improving processes while keeping a focus on providing a wonderful experience to all of our candidates and hiring teams.

A demonstrated track record for serving as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring leaders, HR partners and interview teams, guiding them through challenges and the development and execution of recruitment strategies.

High aptitude for and experience in leveraging different technologies (e.g., job search engines, CRM, texting, social media, chatbots, interviewing platforms, assessments, etc.) spanning the recruiting life cycle, including high level of confidence in using applicant tracking systems (iCIMS considered a plus!) and proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.

Business acumen to better understand both the marketplace and Room & Board’s success.

Enthusiastic and positive attitude coupled with effective collaboration skills within a vibrant team environment.

Highly effective organization, follow up and written/verbal communication and listening skills.

Excellent time management, multitasking and attention to detail in your work.

Ability to work independently while being a part of a collaborative HR team with diverse strengths.

Salary: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 / yr.
