Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Superintendent to lead our landscaping projects from conception to completion. This role is crucial for ensuring the high-quality execution of landscaping designs, maintaining client satisfaction, and managing our landscaping team efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in managing diverse landscaping projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of landscaping projects, including design, installation, and maintenance.

Manage and coordinate the activities of landscaping teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement landscaping plans that meet clients' requirements and preferences while considering environmental sustainability.

Conduct site evaluations to assess needs and identify potential issues before they arise.

Collaborate with designers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.

Manage and maintain inventory of landscaping supplies, tools, and equipment.

Train and mentor landscaping staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to landscaping and environmental protection.

Prepare and manage budgets for landscaping projects, including estimating costs and controlling expenses.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in landscaping to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in landscaping management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Extensive knowledge of plants, horticulture practices, and landscape design.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Proficiency in landscaping design software is a plus.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.

Professional certification in landscaping, horticulture, or related field preferred.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
