Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate closing times for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless process.

Gather and manage all necessary documents and information required for transactions, liaising with title companies.

Oversee the details of each transaction to prevent delays in closing, handling 10-20 properties simultaneously.

Build strong relationships with sellers, providing excellent customer service throughout the entire transaction.

Qualifications:

Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.

Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Previous experience in transaction management, coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages is highly valued.

Driven by a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

High school diploma or GED required.
