Looking to join a supportive team and make a difference in children's lives? Kaleidoscope ABA is looking to hire a BCBA to work in our Potomac Falls center!

The BCBA will supervise a small caseload of 4-6 clients. The Operations Manager will provide administrative support and help with scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and reassessments for clients..

Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in client Treatment Plans.

Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans and programs.

Collect data for each goal/objective during each direct session.

Record data into company software and the individual's confidential file.

Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff.

Analyze data collected to determine program effectiveness.

Supervise and coach Behavior Therapists.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited university in behavior analysis, education, or psychology (Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred).

At least 3 years of experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities.

Must maintain credentialing in compliance with the BACB.

Must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Must complete Continuing Education courses as outlined by the BACB.

Must complete supervision courses as outlined by the BACB.

Professional Liability Insurance.

Must maintain state Licensure.

Maintain a negative Tuberculosis screening according to the CDC.

Obtain and possess and maintain current CPR/First Aid certification and re-certification every 2 years.

Successful completion and maintenance of Safety Care Training.

Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release.

Maintain a clear criminal record.

Successfully manage behavior technicians.

Exhibit superior organizational skills.

Physical Demands:

Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets).

Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.

Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.).
