Job Overview

A notable multinational company in Ghana, specializing in comprehensive natural farming, forest plantation advancement, agricultural services, and the distribution of agricultural goods, is in search of a committed Sales Manager.

This individual will be responsible for supervising the overall sales operations of agricultural products, aiming to elevate the company to new levels of success.

The Sales Manager must demonstrate a results-driven approach and possess the determination to achieve targets while enhancing the company's output.

RESPONSIBLILTIES

1. Distributor- Development and creating loyalty for the organization with excellent servicing.

2. Ensuring optimum distribution activity from the distributor partners

3. Ensuring placement of products at retail counters from distributors meticulously with a beat plan. Develop strong relationship with retailers and their various key staff

4. Ensuring feedback on competitor pricing on a regular basis.

5. Ensuring that company’s product get appropriate and right price realization.

6. Collect Customer feedback, complaints, analyze and inform rice mill Head/CEO.

7. Payment collection from vendors.

8. Communicate price lists, discounts and schemes to distributors and retailers in the timely manner.

9. Provide leadership to sales promoters and events executives as and when required. Supervise their activities and report back to the efficacy.

10. Ensure the logistics movement in a cost-efficient manner.

11. Supervise the entire sales team, including institutional sales.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION

1. Professional with experience in sales.

2. Preferably Master of Business Administration [MBA] with at least 15 years of experience or Graduates with at least 20years of experience.

3. On field experience in the packaged rice industries /FMCG industry of at least 10 years is a must.

4. Must be polite and have a strong focus on the organizational ethics and SOP’s.

5. Must be detail oriented and have the drive to learn and explore, able to work collaboratively or independently.

6. Must be energetic and be dedicated toward the organizations goals and vision.

7. Good communication skills.
