Payroll Coordinator

itec group Inc. is actively seeking a detail-oriented Junior Payroll Coordinator with expertise in ADP (Automatic Data Processing) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and HRIS systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and data management.

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and HRIS administration, preferably in a corporate environment.

Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software is required.

Strong understanding of payroll tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
