Description:

Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.

Introduce company services to prospects and provide information about benefits.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and conversation.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.

Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Record and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers and address any questions or concerns.

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or arrange product demonstrations as needed.

Requirements: Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
