Resident Pharmacy Manager / Hospital Pharmacy Manager

Job Description

CornerStone’s Professional Placement Division has partnered with a local company in their search for a Resident Pharmacy Manager /Hospital Pharmacy Manager to lead a team of 15 pharmacist and indirect technician teams. We are seeking a hands on leader that can be on staff in the pharmacy approximately 2 to 3 days a week as needed. The rest of their time they will be reviewing daily operations, identifying inefficiencies and implementing new processes to improve efficacy.

Requirements of the Resident Pharmacy Manager / Hospital Pharmacy Manager:

· PharmD highly desired

· 3+ years in Hospital Pharmacy Management or Resident Pharmacy Management

· Ability to lead a team of 15 pharmacist and indirect management of technicians’

· Sterile compounding experience highly desired

· Must have a Texas Board Pharmacy License

· Ability to work Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm

· Epic knowledge a plus

· Must be able to review operational processes, identify areas of improvement and create and implement new processes to improve efficacy

· Pediatric background highly desired
