Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct carpentry repairs and maintenance across various properties in Iroquois and Vermilion Counties.

Collaborate with property managers to assess and address maintenance needs.

Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, and other carpentry-related tasks.

Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure property safety.

Travel to different property locations as needed to complete assigned tasks.

Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Provide excellent customer service to residents and property managers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Carpenter in a property management or similar setting.

Strong carpentry skills, including door/window installation, cabinet repair, etc.

Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Ability to travel to various property locations in Iroquois and Vermilion Counties.

Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.Company Description
