General Manager (GM)

Job Description

Love movies? We are seeking a movie-loving General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the movie theatre team!

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of workers

Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

Train and evaluate employees

Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

Resolve escalated customer complaints

Payroll and scheduling

Nights and weekends

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The theatre is open 365 days a year with holidays being some of our busiest times. While we work with everyone to make sure they have time with their families, we also must make sure the corporate office is staffed.
