Job Details

Plans/specs, scopes, proposals, bid invitations/requirements, GC/client/supplier relations, find solutions to estimating issues, and ensure accurate/successful/timely/efficient estimates that follow company policies/strategies

Manage projects, ensure project timelines/milestones, manage/control jobsite/costs/budgets, lead team onsite, value engineering, and change orders

Blueprints, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, safety, and closeout

Working with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls

Commercial, design/build, hospital/healthcare, TI, and residential/mixed-use projects

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in electrical construction project management
