Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in the software development project delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and possess in-depth knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and others. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and delivering projects that leverage essential tools to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT software development projects.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

3. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.

4. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and retrospectives.

5. Manage resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

6. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.

7. Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting effective communication, transparency, and accountability.

8. Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

9. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

10. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

11. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager leading projects utilizing the Atlassian suite and project management planning tools

12. Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

13. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

14. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

15. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

16. In-depth knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and others.

17. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment.

18. PMP, SCM certification is a plus.

19. Familiarity with IT infrastructure and systems integration is a plus.
