Overview:

As a member of the Continuous Improvement (CI) and THRIVE team, we want you to be energized by the opportunity to lead culture change at Wendy’s. This position will require you to be comfortable:

Leveraging lean-thinking to achieve process improvements, cost savings, and productivity goals

Strong financial modeling and data analytics background

Coaching high visibility/high impact projects

Facilitating large, complex meetings including those with senior leadership

Driving cost and productivity savings by building team capability and CI skills at all levels across the enterprise

Building connections between individuals, teams, processes, and systems

Responsibilities:

Maintain CI and THRIVE cost savings project portfolio in partnership with functional leaders.

Provide project consulting and coaching, utilizing continuous improvement tools to ensure project success in partnership with assigned project managers. This includes partnering with project managers to define project goals and desired outcomes, track project benefits, and provide change management guidance.

Develop and provide CI training to help build team capability while ensuring consistency in training content and approach across the enterprise.

Provide ad-hoc subject matter expertise to help drive process improvement, support problem solving, innovation, etc.

Partner with functional leaders to identify their CI goals by evaluating existing functional objectives and long-range plans, processes and outputs, and team project portfolios. This includes partnering with functional and team leadership to identify KPIs to track, measure, and improve team performance.

Support project prioritization and team capacity planning in partnership with functional leadership.

Help analyze cost savings opportunities and work with finance and business partners to quantify outcomes.

Minimum Wage:

USD $77,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Wage:

Qualifications:

Bachler's Degree is preferred.

3-5 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement projects and culture change within large, complex organizations (with Bachelor’s Degree).

5-7 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement projects and culture change within large, complex organizations (without Bachelor’s Degree).

Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

Competencies:Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with a variety of individuals, including internal and external customers.

Experience influencing others, including senior leaders.

Skilled at developing and delivering training content and leading large workshops.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and shift priorities.

Ability to interpret and analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.

Detail oriented with strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Well-rounded lean and project management experience.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.* The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
