Responsibilities:
The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor's cloud solution organization by providing Knowledge Management and Documentation specialist support with an emphasis on creation of architectural diagrams. In this position, the candidate will support senior leaders in assessing, proposing, and executing a refined strategy for document management, in an effort to streamline the varying platforms used today to store pertinent program knowledge. In addition, the candidate will support in standardizing program documents/diagrams to improve consistency and transparency across the program. Responsibilities include:
Creating architectural diagrams (e.g. OV-1, system interface)
Supporting the Sponsor in defining system architectures, developing roadmaps, and identifying planned developments in information technology areas
Assisting in the creation of system relevant diagrams for internal/external consumption, to include but not limited to A&A, O&M, and outreach of downstream consumers of cloud services
Identifying and assessing existing platforms/locations where pertinent cloud solution knowledge/documentation is being stored to aid in defining new knowledge management strategy
Assist in defining access control strategy to enforce need to know control on documents
Qualifications:
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
Experience and knowledge with creating architectural diagrams
Demonstrated knowledge of content/knowledge management practices
Experience working with full-life cycle software/system development projects
Working knowledge of Microsoft products (MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience and knowledge working with JIRA, Confluence, HIVE and SharePoint
