Call Centre Campaign Manager Randburg (outsourced business process with a focus on credit management)
Required Skills and experience:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Manage large volume campaigns to achieve targets
Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
5+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role
Credit management background is highly beneficial
Qualifications:
A degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
Salary: R60-80kpm negotiable
Legal Collections experience beneficial.
