General Manager

General Manager is expected to oversee the operational elements of the warehouse and distribution operation through the effective and pro-active management of all associated resources in Somalia.

* Significant experience in a senior management role * Direct dealings with the customer * General Management experience in FMCG/Distribution * Delivery of financial targets over a year * In addition, you must have the following: * Exceptional drive and energy * Leadership skills * Ability to communicate at all levels, including strong persuasive and influencing ability * Presentation skills * Commercial acumen, with a strong focus on customer service * Ability to manage and drive change – good PR skills * Vision – able to balance daily operations with long term strategy * Computer literacy Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
