Our client is a trailblazer in the Food and Beverage industry, is on the lookout for a passionate and talented Business Application Analyst to join our vibrant team in Fresno, CA. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to kickstart their career and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Business Application Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and solutions to drive our client’s business forward, focusing primarily on maintaining our imagery services using ArcGIS. If you're a recent graduate or have up to 2+ years of experience and possess the right mix of skills and enthusiasm, we want to hear from you!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer, maintain, and support Esri ArcGIS platform.

Serve as a liaison between IT and business system users, contributing to key projects.

Oversee analysis and development of business operational systems.

Ensure business applications and modules are up-to-date, and maintain updated procedural documentation.

Design and implement new procedural systems based on business needs.

Collaborate with internal IT team to procure and onboard new business applications.

Provide support for assigned business applications.

Perform change management functions related to new features and configuration changes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong understanding of test plan development and execution.

Excellent documentation skills.

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organization and change management skills.

Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Up to 2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, demonstrating knowledge of industry-specific processes, regulations, and best practices.

2+ years of Tableau or Power BI (educationally or professionally).

2+ years of Microsoft Office experience.

Agronomy or Farm Management experience preferred.

GIS Certification desirable.

Excellent communication skills.

Environment and Benefits:

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000

90/95% paid benefits by the client

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
