Software Engineer, Quality Assurance

Description We are seeking for an active individual to join our QA team as Software QA Engineer.

You will join a team of 7 highly professional software quality engineers at a fast growing technology company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate with Product Managers, review product functional specifications and plan test cases to verify the implemented functionality Create and execute test cases, register test results in Test Management system Report discovered defects and verify fixes Maintain product and defect documentation.

Work closely with QA and Development engineers to find and analyze the root cause of failures Write test automation code in Python, maintain and extend functionality of our Robot test automation framework and tools Design and develop new tools and test libraries that support extensive test automation efforts QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Must: 1+ years of working experience in Software Quality Assurance for web applications Good knowledge of desktop operating systems: Linux, Windows, Mac (file system, network configuration, commands/tools to open, update, monitor files, start/kill processes, etc.) Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, HTML, MySQL Experience in coding or developing automated tests using Python Excellent social and communication skills BS or MS in Computer Science or related field A big plus: Experience in web test automation using Selenium webdriver Knowledge of modern mobile OS: Android, iOS, Windows 8 Working experience with a continuous integration framework such as Jenkins/Hudson Ability to leverage open source tools for test development and execution Knowledge of modern web UI standards and trends Attention to details Only US Citizens or Green Card holders Only local candidates Best Regards, Kris Kris Young Account Manager BHO Tech San Jose, San Francisco Ca Phone: x 823
