JOB OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for leading and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will oversee the development and execution of sales plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to achieve business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of CRM software, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing platforms
