Senior Accountant, Property Accounting

About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a professional Senior Accountant with 3+ years of experience in a role with a focus on Full Cycle Accounting. This position is full-time and an in-office position in Vaughan, Ontario.

Responsibilities

Perform Full Cycle Property Accounting responsibilities

Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting

Month-end accounting cycle entries

Support implementation of process improvements

Ad hoc projects

Qualifications

An Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance

Pursuing CPA (final stages) or Designated

3-5 years of Accounting Experience in a Real Estate or Property Management

Public accounting experience specifically within the Real Estate sector

Strong organization and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills- both oral and written.

Strong team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
