Sous Chef: Events A GBP 40,000 + Overtime London My client is an award:winning event catering company who are looking for a Sous Chef to work under the Executive Chef delivering high quality food for a variety of events from private dining to weddings and everything In between.
Main Duties; * Be a fundamental member of the team cooking for private dining, banqueting, conferences and events.
* Create menus as and when required * Communicate with suppliers to support the Executive Chef * Delegate kitchen tasks to the wider team to maximise resources.
* Minimise food wastage and adhere to company health and safety policies.
Requirements; * Previous experience as a Sous Chef within hotel banqueting or events catering.
* Previous experience creating menus.
* Be able to support the Executive Chef in all areas of the kitchen.
* Have excellent understanding of running a kitchen successfully.
