Job Description:

We seek a dedicated and experienced HVAC Inside Sales/Sheet Metal Estimator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is pivotal in supporting our HVAC installation projects through effective sales, accurate estimating, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement:

Proactively engage with customers to understand their HVAC needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.

Estimation and Project Planning:

Accurately estimate costs and timelines for HVAC and sheet metal projects.

Read and interpret project specifications and drawings.

Coordinate with project managers and installation teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

Technical Expertise and Support:

Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and trends.

Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the estimation process.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and installation teams to ensure project feasibility.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HVAC installation, estimating, and sales.

Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to read and understand architectural and mechanical plans.

Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Must be local to Las Vegas, NV, or willing to relocate.

Stable work history in the HVAC industry.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
