Description of the role and purpose of the job:

The SAP FICO Senior Manager within our Digital Consulting Business Unit plays a critical role in steering our clients through their digital transformation journeys using SAP S/4HANA. This senior position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional technical expertise in SAP finance solutions, client engagement skills, and a track record of managing high-impact projects.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Oversee the digital transformation initiatives in finance, ensuring they align with both client objectives and our firm's strategic direction.

Digital Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of innovative SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, integrating digital technologies to enhance financial processes and reporting.

Advanced Project Management: Direct complex project lifecycles with a focus on digital innovation, from inception through to successful delivery and beyond.

Business Development & Growth: Spearhead business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the digital finance domain. Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders to secure and expand engagements.

Expertise and Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in digital finance transformation, sharing insights internally and externally. Mentor and develop talent within the consulting practice.

General Responsibilities: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge digital finance solutions across client organizations. Achieve excellence in client service delivery, enhancing our firm's reputation in digital finance consulting. Foster innovation and growth within the digital consulting business unit.

Skills and attributes required for the role:

Skills:

Over 10 years of SAP consulting experience, with significant expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and a strong focus on digital transformation projects.

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital finance transformations, preferably within a Big 4 or similar consulting environment.

Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder environments.

Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field, with SAP certifications highly preferred.

Personal attributes:

Expert knowledge of digital finance technologies and SAP S/4HANA.

Strategic vision with the ability to lead digital transformation initiatives.

Superior analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Indicative Regional Responsibilities:
